12. First Aid

GOALS

1. A more orderly and organized operation of the kitchen
2. Decrease in the operation cost in the kitchen
3. Increasing patronage from the customers; and
4. More courteous, accommodating and service-oriented personnel
5. Provide more employment to people in the community
6. Increase in the sales of the hotel
