More than a few pages of paper in a binder collecting dust, a marketing plan is the workbook for success. Ascertaining a niche' and going after a sizable share of the market in that niche' takes planning and foresight. It is an ongoing effort of continual re-invention to attract new guests, motivate return guests and word of mouth referrals. What sells a room isn't necessarily what makes a guest return or "talk up" the experience to others.

Plans are never boiler plate and include a budget for implementation and counsel on successful implementation and are always customized to the property and are based on up to the minute knowledge of the marketplace.
